2022 LL TOURNAMENT APPLICATION - January 7 - 9, 2022
**REGISTRATION WILL OPEN FRIDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2021 @ 5:00PM - NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED PRIOR.**
The St. Marys Minor Hockey Association invites you to apply for participation in our Annual LL Tournament at the St. Marys Pyramid Recreation Centre. Teams are guaranteed three games in a round robin format. Additional game(s) are possible if your team advances to the playoff rounds.
** There are two steps to secure your spot in our tournament. Both steps are mandatory - no exceptions! **
1. Go to our website and fill out the online reservation form and provide a $200 non-refundable deposit. Please submit deposit via EFT to [email protected] with a memo including team name and tournament name.
2. Complete 
Boys_LL_Tournament_Application and mail it with the BALANCE due to Tournament Convenor (see address listed below).
The tournament fee includes all gate fees. Applications will only be confirmed when a deposit is received through e-transfer and this application is received accompanied by a cheque or payment receipt for the balance. Please provide a phone number and email so that you can be contacted regarding acceptance into the tournament. Deadline for the application, team roster, and cheque is one month prior to the tournament date. If using a cheque for the balance due (not including the deposit), please make payable to St. Marys Minor Hockey Association.
Tournament round robin games begin on Friday morning and Championship games will be played on Sunday afternoon. All game times given are final (no changes will be made). All teams must be LL (or equivalent).

General Refund Policy
Teams that have registered but then are required to withdraw from the Tournament will be eligible for a refund of their entry fee (less the deposit) only if a replacement Team is able to be found and registered to the Tournament. If no replacement Team can be found then no refund will be applied.
COVID Related Cancelations
Further to the above general refund policy:
Teams that are required to remove themselves from participating in the Tournament due to COVID related factors (ie. multiple players being placed in quarantine not allowing you to ice a Team) will be eligible for a 50% refund of their entry fee. If a replacement Team can be found, then the general policy as stated would apply.
If due to COVID related factors the Tournament is forced to be cancelled (ie. Government restrictions and / or facility closure) participating Teams will be eligible for a full refund less any non-reimbursable funds that SMMHA is subject to (ie. admin fees).
