Hockey Experience & Coach Feedback Form
A great hockey experience and high quality coaching are critical to the ongoing success of minor hockey.
It is important for players and parents/guardians to offer feedback on their experiences and coaching. Constructive feedback is critical for the development of our individual coaches and for ongoing efforts to strengthen our minor hockey program.
All players/families who complete a feedback form and include their name will be entered into a draw for one (1) of three (3) $50 registration credits applied to your 2025/26 season registration (cash value for graduating age players). Draw to take place at the April monthly association meeting.
