Refund Policy:

The registrant must complete a "Request for Refund" form. Upon acceptance of the request by the Treasurer,there is a 4 - 8 week processing period. Form can be Request for Refund

After Sept 1st, a full refund will only apply ‎in cases where SMMHA can not offer a player a team within that  player's age/gender group for them to play. 


There will be no refunds after November 15th. 

No refund will be issued until any equipment, or property, of St. Marys Minor Hockey Association has been returned and satisfactorily accepted by St. Marys Minor Hockey Association.

If the request is accepted by: Sept 1 - 100%; November 15th - 75% of the registration fee less insurance will be refunded. 

The insurance fee for this year is $51 per player. 

There will no refund of "Booster Draw Tickets" once they have been distributed to the teams. 

Exception to the Policy: Any midget boy who joins a junior team, within OMHA, a full refund of any fees will be refunded provided the junior team pays SMMHA the minimum as set in OMHA Regulation 11.0 "Development (Release) Fees.
