Please complete the following form to reserve your spot for our Rock Cup Tournament.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is included in your tournament fee. Full payment must be made to secure your spot. Payment must be made via EFT to [email protected]. Once you complete the form below, you will be given a confirmation page. Only after the payment has been received will the transaction be considered completed. Once payment has been received, you will receive an email from SMMHA confirming your spot.
You will still need to complete the paper registration form and send itas indicated on the form, along with the payment due for your division.

Please note: If you register your team and are not eligible - SMMHA will charge an administration fee of $25 to reverse your deposit.
