Aligned with SMMHA player development objectives, a U11LL and U13LL Select will be added for the remainder of the 2025/26 season.
U11LL Select will be coached by Brayden Lord
U13LL Select will be coached by Eric Sampson
A Select team is not part of a League. The intention is for the players to gain additional practices, and possibly enter into one or more tournaments and/or participate in exhibition games against other LL Select teams.
Players interested in the team will be selected from within our U11LL and U13LL program, respectively, using the same Hockey Canada player evaluation criteria used during our tryout process. Evaluation dates will be communicated directly with interested participants.
More information regarding the season structure, coaching philosophy and additional costs will be discussed in a parent meeting during the evaluation process.
If interested in participating in evaluations for a U11 or U13 LL Select team, please indicate your intent by completing the Select Team Player Interest Application form (insert link to form). Interested participants must express their interest online by January 10th.
