St. Marys Minor Hockey is offering our 2026 Spring Player Development Program to support our OMHA and OWHA goalies and skaters continue with their skill development, while preparing for upcoming team spring tryouts/evaluations.

The player development sessions will be run by TPH. TPH is a professional hockey development group that works with hockey players of all age, skill, and ability.

The goalie development sessions will be run by Jake Patterson.

The 2026 Spring PDP fulfills the Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) requirement that associations offer their members "prep skates" prior to formal tryouts/evaluations.

U8 to U18 Player Development

- SMMHA OMHA and OWHA members from 2009-2019
- Spring sessions will run in St. Marys April 6 to April 22 on Monday and Wednesday evenings and each age group will have one (1) session on Saturday April 11
- Groups of 15-20 skaters will be set by age group
- Players will benefit from four (4) ice sessions run by 2 TPH instructors
- Cost is $120/participant

U8 to U18 Goalie Development

- SMMHA OMHA and OWHA members from 2009-2019
- Spring sessions will run in St. Marys April 2 to April 23 on Thursday evenings and each age group have one (1) session on Saturday April 11
- Groups of 2 goalies will be set by age group
- Players will benefit from four (4) ice sessions run by Jake Patterson
- Cost is $120/participant

*Goalies will also be able to attend the player development sessions at no additional cost. Further communication on which sessions to attend will be shared closer to the start.

U8-U18 GOALIE PDP REGISTRATION (link)

Registration for both programs closes on Wednesday, March 25. Spots will be limited so please register early. To be fully registered, both an online registration form and e-transfer of $120 must be completed.

All e-transfers are to be sent to: [email protected] (in note of e-transfer, please add Spring DP, player name, birth year).

Each registered player will receive an email confirmation along with session details after registration closes.
