Minor Hockey values and appreciates our volunteer minor hockey coaches and trainers. The time and energy bench staff spend helping our players is critical for the ongoing success of the program.
Effective April 1, 2024, SMMHA will reimburse rostered team bench staff as follows:
- 100% of fees for all required coach/trainer requirements, including online and/or in-person courses
- 100% of fee for Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- 50% of cost of SMMHA Rock Jacket (a once only (lifetime) reimbursement)
Note: Police VSC is fully reimbursable through the Town of St. Marys for residents of St. Marys. If you are a resident of St. Marys, please seek reimbursement of your Police VSC through the town. Non-residents can submit for reimbursement through SMMHA.
All reimbursement requests must be submitted using the online
Refund/Reimbursement Form with proof of purchase documentation. Reimbursement requests made outside the online form will not be processed. Reimbursements may take up to 30 days from receipt to be processed and funds issued.
