Full registration is once online form is completed/submitted and e-transfer payment made. Please DO NOT make e-transfer payment until you receive an email confirming your participation in the program. The email will provide details on payment and program dates and times.

Once the skills session is full (20 players), the form will be closed. All registered players will receive a follow up email with clinic details.
