Please complete the following form to reserve your spot for our Local Legue Tournament.
We require a $200 non refundable deposit to secure your spot. Payment can be made via credit card using PayPal. Once you complete the form, you will be given a confirmation page and emailed a link to PaylPal. Only after the payment has been received, will the transaction be considered completed. You will receive an email from SMMHA confirming the spot.
You will still need to complete the paper registration form and mail it in to the tournament convenor for your division with a cheque for payment of the balance due.
REMINDER : This tournament is for LL teams only. If you have a question as to whether your team qualifies for this tournament, please contact your organization's house league/local league rep, or contact [email protected].
Please note: If you register your team and are not eligible - SMMHA will charge an administration fee of $25 to reverse your deposit.
