Reminder - AGM & Volunteers Needed!
The St Marys Minor Hockey Association 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 7:00pm (immediately following a brief general monthly meeting) at the PRC 1/3 Hall.
Volunteers are the heart and soul of St. Marys Minor Hockey! Please consider how you can help us succeed in 2024-2025!
Nominations are still being accepted (and can be accepted from the floor at the AGM) for the following positions (to be voted on at the AGM on May 14):
- President
- 1st Vice President
- 2nd Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Board of Director (10 positions to fill)
**currently only 7 nominations
The following staff and committee positions are also looking for assistance:
- Sponsorship and Grants co-ordinator (*new position)
- Tournament Committee
- Awards and Recognition Committee
