Notice of Amendment to SMMHA Bylaws
Any amendment to SMMHA Bylaws requires notice to the membership prior to a motion being tabled at an association meeting.
At the upcoming November 7, 2023 association meeting, the following bylaw amendment will be considered:
Motion to add to the SMMHA Bylaws a 5.12 stating:
"There may be an Executive committee that has all the powers and responsibilities of the Board of Directors. The Board may overrule the Executive. The Executive will consist of the President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Past President."
