Spring tryouts will be held starting May 8, 2023 for OMHA A U10-U16 (boys) and OWHA B U11-U18 (girls).
Online Tryout Registration deadline is
May 1, 2023. Cost to attend tryouts is $60 per age division. Players who do not complete the tryout registration and/or make full tryout payment by May 1, will
not be eligible to attend tryouts.
OMHA Tryouts
OWHA TryoutsAll SMMHA players are required to be registered for the 2023/24 season and complete the online tryout registration.
All non-SMMHA players wishing to tryout with SMMHA boys A U12 and above or girls B teams should make inquiries with their home association to obtain a NRP Passport (boys) or PTS (girls) and complete the online tryout registration.
Players interested in trying out for U14 and above body checking boys hockey and have not played body checking hockey MUST attend a body checking clinic prior to attending tryouts. SMMHA will be hosting a body checking clinic on Sunday, April 30 at 10:00am. Further details will be posted.
