Coaches Committee - Volunteer Positions Open

The committee will soon have the need to fill three (3) positions.


The SMMHA Coaches Committee is responsible for identifying and selecting coaches for all teams, determining division structure/team player numbers, preparing for tryouts, managing all coaching and team related matters and issues throughout the year, and conducting coach evaluations once the season is complete. The Committee is made up of six (6) members plus the 1st VP and President. Committee members serve a two (2) year term. The commitment level is high and members are busy at the start and end of the season with periodic meetings throughout the season. 
 
The committee will soon have the need to fill three (3) positions. If you are interested, please complete the online form by February 23, 2020 expressing your interest. Applicants will be contacted regarding next steps including an interview. All coaches committee members are voted on by the SMMHA membership.
