Position of Co-Registrar SMMHA

St. Marys Minor Hockey Association is currently looking for someone for the position of co-registrar for the current and upcoming seasons.  This is a volunteer position in our organization.  In partnership with the current co-registrar, this person must be willing to complete the following duties and responsibilities:

- To ensure that every player in SMMHA is properly registered as per regulations set out by OMHA, OWHA, and SMMHA policies.
- To develop and implement a registration process that follows SMMHA guidelines and arrange for dates/times for next year’s registration (which includes recruiting staff to assist as needed, informing all members of upcoming registration dates, arranging advertisements as required, inputting registration information).
- To maintain confidentiality when managing registration files (which include personal information and emails) and adhere to the SMMHA privacy policy regarding the distribution of player contact information.
- To compile player lists to submit to Coaches Committee and other SMMHA executive as required following registration and prior to tryouts/first skate evaluations.
- To be a confidential SMMHA contact for any players requireding financial assistance.
