Thanks go out to Dan Rudorfer for many years of service and dedication as registrar to SMMHA.  Dan has reluctantly decided to retire from the position and we are in search of a new Registrar.

Position of Registrar SMMHA

St. Marys Minor Hockey Association is currently looking for someone for the position of Registrar for the current and upcoming seasons.

This is a volunteer position in our organization. This person must be willing to complete the following duties and responsibilities:
- To ensure that every player in SMMHA is properly registered as per regulations set out by OMHA, OWHA, and SMMHA policies.
- To develop and implement a registration process that follows SMMHA guidelines and arrange for dates/times for next year’s registration (which includes recruiting staff to assist as needed, informing all members of upcoming registration dates, arranging advertisements as required, inputting registration information).
- To maintain confidentiality when managing registration files (which include personal information and emails) and adhere to the SMMHA privacy policy regarding the distribution of player contact information.
- To compile player lists to submit to Coaches Committee and other SMMHA executive as required following registration and prior to tryouts/first skate evaluations.
- To be a confidential SMMHA contact for any players requireding financial assistance.
