Volunteer Bond Signup now open!
The AE tournament is a couple weeks away and this is your first opportunity of the season is a couple weeks away Here's your chance to work off your volunteer bond.

Below is a link to sign up to work off your Fundraising Bond at the AE Tournament in St. Marys on Oct. 19-21.

Some reminders:
1. Sign in will require a user name and password, please fill in required fields, there should be a spot to put your child's first and last name so I can reference you to your child.
2. Each family is required to do one  shift per child to a max of two shifts per family. (Shifts are approx. 2.5 to 3 hrs, however some are a bit longer due to how shifts could be divided.
3. I am still receiving rostered coaching staff from our OMHA rep, the coaching staff on those rosters are not required to do a bond for that child.
4.  Families in the IP program and Tyke program may choose to do a shift at an event earlier in the year, but there will be a chance to work shifts at the Jamboree Days over March Break for those programs.
5.  **Once you sign up for a shift you must ensure someone is there to work that shift! Last minute cancellations or no shows, may not get another chance to work off that shift, and cheque may be cashed.
6. **You may choose to have your student child work your shift for you, but SMMHA has a rule now that they must be in Gr. 9  or older .  That shift is to work off a bond, it won't count as highschool hours. *Students wanting to work additional shifts for hours can email Judy Greig at [email protected] which will reach this email: [email protected]
If you are not available to work your fundraising bond shift at the AE Tournament on Oct. 19-21, other opportunities to work off your bond cheque are:
Local League Tournament Jan. 4-6
IP and Tyke Jamboree Days over March Break
NBC Tournament or Wing Night on Easter Weekend

This way families have lots of opportunity and flexibility (and no excuses) to pick a time that works best for you!
Thanks, Judy Greig
