Coach Evaluations now closed

The ability to submit coaching evaluations through the site has now been disabled. Thanks to everyone who shared their input with the Coaches Committee. 

SMMHA appreciates your feedback and will work with current and future coaches to ensure that players, coaches, and community members have a positive hockey experience, and work towards a lifelong love of the game.
