Coaching Evaluations Now open
Submitted By jbrock on Sunday, January 21, 2018
Each year, SMMHA and the Coaches Committee asks for feedback from parents about the performance of coaches, trainers, and other bench staff associated with our teams.

The evaluation form for current coaches is now available for all teams within the association.

We ask that you take a moment to provide some constructive feedback for the coaching staff who supported your child this season.

Information collected will be reviewed by the Coaches Committee and used to provide feedback to current coaches.  The form will be open until February 25, 2018 and those who provide feedback may be eligible for the $100 incentive for doing so.

The form can be accessed from the top menu on the home page, or by following : Coach Evaluation
