2017-18 SMMHA ROCK Power Skating
Submitted By jbrock on Thursday, October 5, 2017
St. Marys Minor Hockey Association continues to look for ways to strengthen the local hockey program, develop players on and off the ice, and support our dedicated volunteer coaches.

For 2017-18, SMMHA is paying for three power skating sessions for each team from Novice to Midget. The sessions will be delivered by a dedicated power skating instructor using regular team practice ice and will focus on balance, control and agility skills.  Each team's head coach will work with the instructor to schedule the power skating sessions as part of the team's regular season schedule.

On behalf of the Skill Development Committee, good luck with power skating and have a great season!
