2026 Rock Cup Registration Form

Please complete the following form to reserve your spot for our 2026 Rock Cup Tournament.

There is a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Payment must be made via EFT to [email protected]. Once you complete the form, you will be given a confirmation page. Only after the full payment has been received, will your registration be considered complete. You will receive an email from SMMHA confirming your registration is complete and your spot in tournament is secured.

Please note: If you register your team and are not eligible to enter the tournament - SMMHA will charge an administration fee of $25 to reverse your deposit.

On behalf of our team players and parents, we agree to abide by all tournament rules and code of conduct pertaining to tournament officials, referees, coaches/players, and spectators.
