2016 NOVICE LL TOURNAMENT APPLICATION - Friday, March 18th, 2016
The St. Marys Minor Hockey Association invites you to apply for participation in our Novice LL Tournament at the St. Marys Pyramid Centre. This tournament is OMHA-sanctioned. Teams are guaranteed three games. Additional game(s) are possible if your team advances to playoff(s).
Please complete the form below and mail it with the tournament fee to Kristene McCurdy - Tournament Convenor (see mailing information below).
The tournament fee ($675) includes all gate fees and lunch for the players. Please include all information required on the registration form, including a phone number and email so you can be contacted regarding acceptance into the tournament. Please also include your roster and travel permit with the application and payment. You can make cheques payable to St. Marys Minor Hockey Association.
